A key element to the multi-faceted redevelopment at CMC is the creation of 140K of retail. The open-air retail space was designed to welcome the community to engage and gather with an expansive street-level area and ample seating. The space will feature Urbanspace, a nationally-recognized food hall + plaza-level café kiosk, restaurants, coffee offerings, lifestyle establishments, fitness, a weekly Farmer’s Market, recurring public events, and curated service-related retail offerings.
