Brookfield Properties has redeveloped an entire city block site in DTLA as a creative office and mixed-use destination with 1.9 million square feet of commercial office, fashion mart, retail, and amenity space. The mixed-use complex, California Market Center (CMC), was reinvented to appeal to the rising influx of technology, entertainment, media, food, and beverage industries heading to Downtown LA.
