Brookfield Properties has redeveloped an entire city block site in DTLA as a creative office and mixed-use destination with 1.9 million square feet of commercial office, fashion mart, retail, and amenity space. The mixed-use complex, California Market Center (CMC), was reinvented to appeal to the rising influx of technology, entertainment, media, food, and beverage industries heading to Downtown LA. Situated on the corner of 9th & Main Streets in the heart of the Fashion District, the new CMC builds upon an incredible legacy of passion and collaboration as we welcome the next century’s creative visionaries. CMC hosts 13 floors across three buildings with large floor plates connected by exterior bridges overlooking an interior public plaza.
